Happy New Year abs

Happy New Year abs!

So true to my do a bit of exercise everyday New Year’s resolution, I completed a 40 minute Yoga video (courtesy of Netflix:  “Crunch: Candlelight Yoga”) and found a 15 minute Ab-workout on YouTube from http://www.sparkpeople.com.  I’m now free to watch yet more English police-procedural videos with a clear conscience!

Happy New Year everyone from Girlboxing!

That sit-up poster looks like it’s from the year of the flood. Do people still do sit-ups like that??? I thought it had been proven that anything beyond 45 degrees was pointless and dangerous, or is that just wishful thinking on my part? 😉

The SparkPeople video has some interesting moves that I’ve never seen before, like that circular crunch. I’m definitely going to try some of those because the crunches I’ve been doing have become too easy.

Thank you for adding me to your Blogroll. I just noticed. 😀 I really appreciate it.
